During compressed air generation and distribution, contaminants are introduced to the air stream at various stages of the compressed air network. Compressed air filters, which come in various grades, remove these contaminants, as well as humidity and oil from the compressed air stream. This is a critical step as these can lead to a deterioration in quality, machine failure, and even loss of production and products.

The Beko CLEARPOINT® Energy Saving Compressed Air Filtration system is energy efficient by design. Beko CLEARPOINT® Energy Saving Compressed Air Filtration works with the compressed air inlet. The compressed air enters the inlet of the CLEARPOINT® filter housing, which have all been designed to complement the connections of the different compressor manufacturers, making port-matching easier during installation. CDA Systems has teamed with Beko Technologies to deliver this high-quality product to our customers.When oil vapors are present in compressed air, not only are production plants in danger, but the environment and even individual health is compromised. CDA Systems work with many industries using “oil-free” compressors in their facilities but this is not a guarantee for “oil-free” compressed air because of the ambient air/induction air. Unfortunately, residual oil content cannot be fully avoided in standard applications. This is why it’s important to monitor the oil vapor content with a precise monitoring tool. 

Beko Technologies has created the METPOINT OCV. It is the first TÜV-certified online system for the detection of oil vapor content in compressed air. This measuring system protects production and products by obtaining data from both documentation of the compressed air quality and the identification of contamination sources.
