Condensate is a by-product of the air compression process and can be aggressive, pollutant-loaded, and/or contain oil. It exists in every compressed air application and is something that must be continuously managed. Condensate drains are a critical and often overlooked component of the compressed air chain. When left unchecked, they can cause poor part quality, machine damage, and even bodily injury to employees. Drainage points are also one of the system areas where energy waste is highest.

The standard pressure BEKOMAT® Standard Condensate Drains include: automatic zero loss drain and standard Viton® diaphragm. They are UL/CSA approved; min/max operating temperatures of 33 °F / 140 °F; standard voltage BEKOMAT® 31-33: 95-240 VAC 50/60 Hz and BEKOMAT® 13-16: 115 VAC; optional voltages BEKOMAT® 31-33: 18 - 72 VDC, 24 - 48 VAC, 100 - 125 VDC; and BEKOMAT® 13-16: 24 VAC/DC, 48 VAC, 230 VAC 50/60 Hz.
