During compressed air generation and distribution, contaminants are introduced to the air stream at various stages of the compressed air network. Compressed air filters, which come in various grades, remove these contaminants, as well as humidity and oil from the compressed air stream. This is a critical step as these can lead to a deterioration in quality, machine failure, and even loss of production and products.

Beko CLEARPOINT® Energy Saving Compressed Air Filtration works with the compressed air inlet. The compressed air enters the inlet of the CLEARPOINT® filter housing, which have all been designed to complement the connections of the different compressor manufacturers, making port-matching easier during installation. CDA Systems interface with Beko Technologies to deliver this high-quality product to our customers. CDA Systems will recommend the correctly spec’d product working with Beko, in many cases, processing by conventional physical gravity separation is not sufficient. The BEKOSPLIT® Condensate Processing Principle utilizes one liter of oil contaminates 1,000,000 liters of groundwater. Therefore, the law stipulates the professional and responsible handling of emulsified condensates that accumulate during many production processes.
BEKOSPLIT® Condensate Processing is an economical, high capacity emulsion treatment. The environmentally-friendly splitting plant allows for reliable, economic, and high-volume processing of emulsified condensates that accumulated as a result of unfavorable initial conditions, or due to certain lubricant/compressor combinations. Water-insoluble organic pollution, such as oils and solid impurities, is removed via the addition of a special alumina mineral. Subsequently, the out flowing water, that is pollution-free, can be directly introduced into the wastewater system.
