At CDA Systems, we are dedicated to working with you and SPX Flow Hankison to deliver customized solutions for your compressed air filter demands.
The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration HF Series employes an easy to operate differential pressure gauge. Its differential pressure indicators indicate optimum time for element change. This will minimize pressure drop; have a large, easy to read gauge face; include dual faces that allow housings to be mounted in any flow direction which is mounted remotely; switch for remote indication available; and include a slide indicator that changes color when filter element requires replacement.
The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration HF Series features these element grades include: Grade 11 Impact Type Moisture Separator; Grade 9 Separator/ Filter; Grade 7 Air Line Filter; Grade 6 Desiccant Dust Removal After-filter; Grade 5 High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter; Grade 3 Maximum Efficiency Oil Removal Filter; and Grade 1 Oil Vapor Removal Filter.
When you contact CDA Systems for your air filtration needs, we will work with you and SPX Flow Hankison to deliver high temperature afterfilters specific to your customized needs and plant demand.
SPX Flow Hankison’s HTA Series high temperature afterfilters are designed to capture large amounts of desiccant fines in high temperature applications. Housing and element construction are ideally suited for installation downstream of heated desiccant air dryers. They have high dust loading capacity and long cartridge life. Optimal for temperatures to 450°F (232°C). SPX Flow Hankison’s HTA Series high temperature afterfilters remove all solid particles one micron and larger. Working in three stages the SPX Flow Hankison’s HTA Series high temperature afterfilters works with a gravitational setting, where particles in the range of 200 to 20 microns to drop to the bottom of the housing. And surface filtration when the air stream then enters the outside of the filter cartridge and flows through a layer of glass fabric cloth and the outer layers of dust shed off the cartridge into the bottom of the housing. And finally, in the third stage, the SPX Flow Hankison’s HTA Series high temperature afterfilter filters through a multi-layered graded filter media where all remaining fines of one micron and larger are captured.
If you’re looking for ways to help protect and increase the life of your clean dry air systems, contact CDA Systems. We work with SPX Hankison to provide our customers with high quality “M Series” mist eliminators. The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration Products Mist Eliminators M Series will reduce energy costs while removing oil and water aerosols from compressed air systems. The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration Products Mist Eliminators M Series protect products and processes from contamination; and increase the life of pneumatic equipment. SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration Products Mist Eliminators M Series also helps retain a smooth paint appearance and eliminates adhesion problems; and keeps pneumatic instruments operating.
The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration NGF Series employs technological advancements in filtration materials and design to ensure premium compressed air quality and low operational costs. The SPX Flow Hankison Air Filtration NGF Series filters are tested and rated delivering certifiable performance according to ISO 8573-1: 2010 air quality standards.
The SPX Flow Hankinson Air Filter NGF Series employees the Patented Venturi-Wave™ Element Design profile which promotes a turbulent-free transition for compressed air entering the element. Optimized flow distribution through the element minimizes pressure loss and reduces system operating cost. Unique backside contour assists smooth movement of air exiting the filter housing.
The SPX Flow Hankinson Air Filter NGF Series includes Die cast aluminum housings provide a cost-effective solution in the 1030 SCFM to 1500 SCFM (1750 to 2549 nm3/h) flow range; chromated housings, with a polyester epoxy powder coating for corrosion; resistance; Internally ribbed bowls facilitate condensate draining; and Audible alarm when attempting bowl removal under pressure. The Hankinson Air Filter NGF Series covers flow ranges 20 SCFM to 1500 SCFM (34 to 2549 nm3/h); Flanged inlet and outlet connections make installation easy; Thirteen flow models, with multiple port sizes, 1/4” to 3” NPT, allow for greater application flexibility; Sculpted housing designs, with large unrestricted flow paths; and reduces pressure drop.
