Designed specifically for use with Pneumatic Products high performance air and gas filter cartridges. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products PCS Series Filtration 304 Stainless Steel Housings are for use as coalescing or particulate filter housing for compressed air to 300 PSIG . May be used alone or as pre- and after-filters for a Pneumatic Products regenerative adsorption dryer.
CDA Systems is dedicated to our customers. We will work with you and SPX Pneumatic Products to deliver high quality mist eliminators specific to your individual needs.
SPX Flow Pneumatic Products PPC PME Series Mist Eliminators for 125 SCFM to 3,000 SCFM rated applications protect products and processes from contamination. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products PPC PME Series Mist Eliminators will increase the life of pneumatic equipment, helping eliminate paint appearance and adhesion problems; and keep pneumatic instruments operating.
SPX Flow Pneumatic Products PPC PME Series Mist Eliminators have low pressure drop (0.5 to 1psi). Typical coalescing filters operate at 3 to 6 PSI requiring the air compressor to operate at higher operating pressures, increasing power requirements by 2.5% or more. They also have long element life: 8 to 15 years. With a large in-depth bed, element life is much longer than conventional oil removal filters. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products PPC PME Series Mist Eliminators are virtually maintenance free.
CDA Systems has been solving filtration issues for customers for over 30 years. We understand the critical application and want to find the most cost effective and efficient solution for you and your facilities production or plant requirements. The high area of SPX Flow Pneumatic Products Particulate Filter Cartridges has been designed for use as an afterfilter downstream of regenerative desiccant dryers or downstream of activated carbon bed adsorbers. The Pneumatic Products filter can also be used prior to coalescers prolonging the life of the costlier coalescer. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products Particulate Filter Cartridges afterfilter, with an absolute particle rating of 0.9 micrometers, prevents these fine particles from entering the compressed air or gas stream. Stopping particles before they enter the stream means sustained system performance, longer component life, and reduced maintenance and downtime. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products (PPC) Particulate Filter Cartridges afterfilter is designed to perform in the same manner and efficiency as the low temperature afterfilter with one difference — the media is glass fiber. This allows use of the filter downstream of heat-reactivated dryers. During this type of dryer regeneration, temperatures typically reach 450°F. Standard dryer afterfilters of epoxy coated cellulose fibers quickly deteriorate under these extreme temperatures.
SPX Pneumatic Products and CDA Systems are committed to providing you with the highest level of products and service to meet all your compressed air filter needs.
CDA Systems and SPX Pneumatic Products Offer the Best Protection for your Compressed Air Dryer
The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products (PPC) Super High Efficiency Coalescing Filters (SHECF) are designed to remove liquid aerosols from compressed air and gas streams. Located upstream of air dryers, coalescing filters intercept liquid aerosols and coalesce them into larger droplets which are easily removed by gravity. The SPX Flow Pneumatic Products (PPC) Super High Efficiency Coalescing Filters (SHECF) is designed with optimized pore size and media thickness to ensure maximum aerosol removal efficiency, with minimum carry over without re-entrainment of coalesced liquids. This proprietary design results in high energy efficiency or low saturated pressure drop. Pressure drop at 100 SCFM (100 PSIG, 100ºF) a 1-pound pressure drop across an assembly costs $78 per year (at 7¢/kwhr). The performance of these coalescing filters has been verified through extensive testing.
